马面卵巢在不同贮藏温度下磷脂成分的变化

在20℃、4℃、-10℃、-20℃四种温度下贮藏马面卵巢，对其中磷脂含量的变化进行了测定，并利用薄层层析分析测定了不同温度下贮存3d后马面卵巢中磷脂各组分的相对百分比。结果表明马面卵巢中磷脂的损失率随贮藏温度的上升而增加；在不同温度下贮藏3d，磷脂各组分的相对百分比都发生了变化；随贮藏温度的升高磷脂酰胆碱的降解速度大大加快，所占的百分比快速下降，而溶血磷脂酰胆碱的比例有不同程度的增加。相对而言，-20℃下贮藏数天，磷脂的含量及组分的变化较小。  相似文献

DunaIiella salina, a halotolerent unicellular green alga, can accurmulate a Iarge amount of β-caroteneunder environmental conditions. The isorners of β-carotene extIacted from D. salina culturedin medium with different nitrate and phosphate concentrations were analysed by HPLC with Alox-Talumins column. At least six isomers were found in different proportions depending on the culture me-dia's nitrate and/or phosphate concentrations. Nitrate and/or phosphae defidency was conducive tothe accumulation of totaI cis isomers but not of al1 trans isomer. lt is sUggeSted that 1 mmol/L KNO_3and 0.1 mmol/L KH_2, PO_4 are favourable for accumulation of total cis β-carotene.  相似文献

为了解企鹅珍珠贝生长规律，观察了壳高2.5～5.0mm的出池幼苗，按月测量其生长参数和成活率，以及环境因子。结果表明，企鹅珍珠贝生长最快的月份为7～11月和次年4～6月，壳长，壳高和壳宽月均增加量分别为3.8～13.0mm、4.7～11.2mm、2.3～3.8mm，月成活率97.8%～98.6%。企鹅珍珠贝生长最慢月份是11月至次年3月。  相似文献

本文详细介绍图象的ＦＩＴＳ格式、ＢＭＰ格式和ＳＣＲ格式。ＦＩＴＳ格式已经是天文界的通用格式，几乎所有的天文软件包都支持这一格式，而ＢＭＰ格式在ＰＣ计算机上有广泛的运用，有大量ＰＣ软件支持ＢＭＰ图象的显示，处理和打印。云南天文台的ＳＣＲ格式是ＰＣ机采集ＣＣＤ图象所使用的格式。实现这三种格式的相互转换，就可以自由的将ＣＣＤ图象在ＰＣ机和工作站上进行各种处理。转换的包括图象头和图象数据的转换，其关键在于交换数据的高低字节。  相似文献   

三角帆蚌鳃的组织学研究

对非繁殖期与繁殖前期的雌性三角帆蚌鳃瓣作组织切片,观察其组织形态结构。结果表明,三角帆蚌内、外鳃的鳃丝在组成上是相同的,从外到内,其结构可以分为:上皮、基膜、结缔组织,鳃丝上密布纤毛,鳃丝结缔组织中含吞噬细胞、透明细胞等。外鳃具特有结构——瓣间隔和育儿囊,且在瓣间隔两侧,有发达的小水管系统。由于这种结构的存在,使得内外鳃瓣在鳃瓣厚度、鳃小瓣厚度、鳃丝宽度上存在显著性差异。繁殖前期,内鳃基本无变化,而外鳃发生明显的变化,鳃瓣增厚,鳃腔扩大形成孵化室,为胚胎发育提供一个良好的发育环境。  相似文献   

Microsatellite Variation in the Oyster Crassostreaplicatula Along the Coast of China

Genetic diversity and differentiation of the oyster Crassostreaplicatula populations from China's coast were studied basedon seven microsatellite loci.All loci showed high polymorphism for all five C.plicatula populations,with an average number of alleleper locus of 19.3-27.9 and an average expected heterozygosity of 0.889-0.952.Significant departures from Hardy-Weinberg equilib-rium and deficits of heterozygotes were observed over most populations at each locus,which were fully explained by null alleles.Microsatellite analysis revealed significant subdivision in the C.plicatula populations.According to the neighbor-joining tree con-structed on the basis of the D,A distance,the five populations fell into three regional groups,showing a relatively homogeneous geneticstructure in geographically close populations.Assignation tests correctly assigned high percentages of individuals to their originalpopulations and groups,and also confirmed the existence of genetic differentiation among C.plicatula populations.The results ob-tained in this study will facilitate the formulation of appropriate fisheries management programs,stock identification and conservationof biodiversity for the species.  相似文献

This study on the distribution features of petroleum hydrocarbon in water and sedi-ment off the Fujian shore using data obtained from the baseline research on oceanic contamination in Fujian showed that:during the research preiod,petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations in water varied from 5.77μg/L to 37.28μg/L,averaged 14.48 μg/L;was lower in the wet seasson than in the dry season;and was highest in the Minjiang Estuary and Jiulong Estuary in both seasons ,The petorleum hydrocarbon concentrations in shore sediment varied from 14.48 mg/kg to 784.36 mg/kg,averaged 133.3 mg/kg ,and was closely related to sediment types (granularity).  相似文献

A high resolution numerical sonagram of Pc-1 magnetic record has shown that single narrow lines of Pc-1 spectra produce lower frequency (“red-shifted”) satellite lines more than twice as often as their higher frequency (“violet”) counterparts. 氯化物型湖卤水中一般呈现高钠低钾的分布状态,实验配制了合理的钾钠分布比例的标准系列,原水样不需特殊处理,通过逐级稀释,采用最高标准调节能量,火焰发射光谱法直接测定湖卤水中的钾和钠,在标准曲线上查得被测离子的质量,然后换算成钾和钠的含量.方法用于氯化物型湖卤水中钾和钠的测定,回收率为91%～116%,精密度(RSD,n=7)小于1%.  相似文献
